The Daily Fare Nutrition Program

What is the Daily Fare Program?

Working as a team, the client and nurse health educator develop a plan for change within the present lifestyle.  Successes are measured by improved weight control, increased self confidence, and reduced health risks.

Who Coordinates the Daily Fare Nutrition Program?

Maria Justice, RN, MS Ed is a nurse health educator, who works individually with each client in the Daily Fare program.  She has completed educational training in the Lifestyle Certification Program in Weight Management, the Alternative Medicine workshop, and the Diabetes update and Seminar Overview.  A published author of the popular cookbook Here, Have Some More and an avid cook, Maria is a frequent participant of health related cooking classes offered in the community.
