From the south: Take I-390 N to the NY15A, E Henrietta Road exit (Exit 16B) and turn right onto East Henrietta Rd. At the fork in the road at the traffic light, bear left. Proceed about 1/4 mi to the intersection and make a soft left onto Crittenden Blvd. (not a hard left onto NY 15). Proceed to the Vistors Parking Lot on your left. From the visitors lot, enter the building through the Behavioral Health entrance. Turn right out of the atrium. Turn left at the end of the hallway (bank will be on your right). Look for the first set of elevators on your right. Take it to the 5th floor. Turn left out of the elevator and immediately right down the long hall; the office will be on the right .
From the west: Take the New York State Thruway, I-90 to Exit 47. Take I-490 East to I-390 S to Exit 16B. Turn left onto East Henrietta Rd. At the fork in the road at the traffic light, bear left.
