A lunch featuring regular or vegetarian food will be served. Please indicate your lunch preference on the registration form.
Personal Comfort
Conference organizers recommend that you wear a sweater or dress in layers if you are not comfortable in large, air-conditioned conference rooms.

Attendees requiring overnight accommodations should call the RIT Inn & Conference Center at (585) 359-1800. When making your reservation for Thursday evening May 16, 2013, please indicate that you will be attending the “University of Rochester Conference” on Friday, May 17, 2013.
Special Services & Information
The RIT Inn & Conference Center is accessible to the physically challenged. Anyone having special needs, such as a sign language interpreter, should contact Thomas Della Porta, HIV Clinical Education Coordinator, at least 10 days in advance of the conference. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
