Medicine Computing Services Intranet - If you are a faculty or staff
member of the University of Rochester Department of Medicine or OB/GYN,
then you should familiarize yourself with our intranet dubbed M:CSI which
stands for Medicine Computing Services Intranet. There you will find and
extended list of FAQ's with more answers to your questions then what is
published on our public site, Computer Purchasing Quotes, News and
Events, and individual divisions intranet's for Internal Online Applications.

Active Directory Tools - AD Tools is an application for managing your computer accounts for the URMC-SH domain. We suggest that all users sign up for the AD Tools Password Reset Self Service so that you may reset your own password or unlock your account in the event that it becomes locked. AD Tools also has solutions for new employee account requests, and employee termination requests which will properly and automatically handle your user account creations and deletions.

Outlook Web Access - If you are away from the Medical Center or you are not logged in to a computer and need to access your email account, we provide you with Outlook Web Access. Simply login to your account via a web form and you will be given web access to your email similar to that of using the Outlook 2003 client. Remember to always logout when you are done!
