All PC's should be running Trend Officescan for their virus protection (How do I tell if I am running Officescan?). It is important to log off your computer each night so the virus pattern is updated when you log on in the morning.
Macintosh computers should be running Norton Antivirus, which can be purchased at Computer Sales.
