Our Team The Memory Care Program consists of a team of two neurologists, two geriatric psychiatrists, a geriatrician, a neuropsychologist, two nurse practitioners, a family and marriage therapist, and a social worker based at the University of Rochester Medical Center outpatient clinics at Clinton Crossings (Building C). Together these clinicians help patients and their families deal with the many dimensions of the disease and phases of treatment, beginning with an early and accurate diagnosis. The team meets regularly, provides diagnostic and longitudinal follow-up and supportive care, and offers access to clinical trials as appropriate. Lisa Boyle, M.D. Michelle Carpenter-Bradley, M.D. Charles Duffy, M.D. Michael Hasselberg, N.P. Michael Hasselberg is a certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and Ph.D. candidate in health practice research. He has special interest in sleep medicine and psychopharmacology. Mark Mapstone, Ph.D. Frederick Marshall, M.D. Carol Podgorski, Ph.D. Catherine Oliver, N.P. Catherine V. Oliver, MPA, MS, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has a diverse and extensive background in long-term care management, and has special interests in the evaluation and management of dementia and other cognitive related disorders. Anton Porsteinsson, M.D. Susan Ruhlin, L.M.S.W. Susan Ruhlin has her Master's Degree in Social Work and has worked at the University of Rochester Medical Center since 1999. She has a diverse and extensive case management background.
