Detailed Description:	Step-by-step process; (1) Make an appointment with the DMV branch office or a private driving school (you can look up the Yellow Pages for driving schools). (2) Contact interpreting service agency or a freelance interpreter. (3) Instruct the interpreting service or freelance interpreter to call (518) 474-2902. (4) This New York State office will then take care of interpreting costs.
