Area of Interest / Current Research

My research is focused on the mechanisms underlying the storage of visual information in the primate cortex. We perform single cell recordings from area MT, MST, and prefrontal cortex during a delayed match to sample task in which the animal must remember the direction of motion across a delay period to successfully complete the task.
