MRI - Infarct, posterior cerebral artery distribution: This 77-year-old woman with a past history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus presented with the sudden onset of vision loss and nausea. Examination was significant for a left-sided homonymous hemianopia. This T2-weighted axial MR image shows increased signal intensity within the right occipital and medial temporal lobes. |
