Acute lymphoblastic leukemia with hemorrhage: Multiple coronal sections reveal numerous small to large hemorrhages in all lobes of the cerebral hemispheres. All are recent hemorrhages, and are presumed to have occurred at about the same time. Note that both white matter and gray matter are involved. A coagulopathy may contribute to the origin of these hemorrhages.
