Angiogram - Saccular aneurysm: This 78-year-old man with a history of hypertension and migraine headaches presented with an episode on transient diplopia. Neurological examination was unremarkable. This cerebral angiogram demonstrates an 11-millimeter saccular aneurysm emanating from the right middle cerebral artery trifurcation.
