CT/Angiogram - Cerebral vascular malformation: This 72-year-old woman with a past medical history of hypertension presented with nausea and difficulty walking. Examination revealed left-beating nystagmus, slight left hemiparesis and left-sided ataxia. The CT scan on the left shows an area of hemorrhage within the midline left cerebellum and extending across the tentorium. The corresponding angiogram on the right demonstrates an arteriovenous malformation feeding off the left posterior inferior cerebellar artery.
