CT/Angiogram - Cerebral vascular malformation with intraventricular hemorrhage: This 50-year-old man with a past history of hypertension and tobacco abuse presented with recent falls and headaches. Examination revealed a fluctuating level of arousal with bilateral Babinski signs. The CT scan on the left shows a large amount of intraventricular blood involving the lateral ventricles with diffuse sulcal effacement. The corresponding angiogram on the right demonstrates an arteriovenous malformation fed off the right posterior cerebral artery. |
