MRI - Cerebral vascular malformation: This 40-year-old man presented with new onset seizures. Examination was unremarkable with the exception of slight left-sided hyperreflexia. The T2-weighed coronal MR image shows a heterogeneously appearing area in the right medial temporal lobe and inferior frontal lobe that does not exert mass effect on the surrounding structures. |
