MRI - Angiitis, central nervous system: This 25-year-old man presented with new onset behavioral changes and memory impairment. Examination revealed significant disinhibition, poor short-term memory, bilateral hyperreflexia and Babinski signs. The axial FLAIR-weighted MR image on the left shows areas of increased signal intensity within the cortex in both anterior temporal lobes. There is a similar lesion in the left posterior frontal lobe, seen in the image on the right. |
