MRI - Angiitis, central nervous system: This 35-year-old woman with a past medical history significant for bipolar disease presented with right-sided weakness. Examination was significant for bilateral hyperreflexia and slight right hemiparesis. This FLAIR-weighted coronal image shows multiple, cortical-predominant areas of high signal without mass effect. |
