MRI - Meningioma: This 72-year-old woman with a history of coronary artery bypass grafting and breast cancer presented with left hand weakness. The examination showed slight left spastic hemiparesis. On MR imaging there is a lesion adherent to the falx cerebri with a dural tail. The mass is hypointense on T1-weighting (left panel) and hyperintense on T2-weighting (right panel). There is no significant mass effect or surrounding edema. |
