MRI - Meningioma: This 63-year-old man presented with difficulty walking and manipulating the right hand. Examination revealed slight right upper extremity spasticity and hyperreflexia. Axial T1-weighted MR imaging shows a round mass lesion adjacent to the falx cerebri in the posterior frontal lobe. The lesion is hypointense on T1-weighting and enhances diffusely with intravenous gadolinium. There is little mass effect or surrounding edema. |
