MRI - Meningioma, spinal: This 85-year-old woman with a history of osteoarthritis and glaucoma presented with difficulty walking and incontinence. Examination revealed a T2 sensory level to pin prick and bilateral leg spasticity and weakness. The T2-weighed sagittal MR imaging of the lower cervical spinal cord shows an extramedullary, intradural, isointense-to-hypointense lesion that exerts mass effect upon the spinal cord with significant alteration in signal and shape. |
