CT - Metastasis from lung: This 82-year-old man with a history of lung and prostate cancer presented with a seizure. Examination was significant for left-sided sensory loss and neglect. On the T1 weighted, gadolinium enhanced axial image on the left there is a right frontal lobe ring enhancing lesion with surrounding edema and mass effect on the right lateral ventricle and sulci. The CT scan of the chest (right panel) shows a right lower lobe mass with extension into the hilum. |
