CT - Metastasis from breast: This 38-year-old woman with a history of breast cancer presented with headache, nausea and vomiting. Examination was significant for right-sided hyperreflexia and a Babinski response. CT scans without (left panel) and with contrast enhancement (right panel) demonstrate a left frontal ring-enhancing lesion at the gray-white matter junction with surrounding edema and midline shift. There is also a smaller lesion in the posterior left frontal lobe.
