MRI - Multiple sclerosis: This 42-year-old man had a history of long-standing multiple sclerosis. Examination revealed a right-sided internuclear ophthalmoplegia, left-sided dysmetria, right spastic hemiparesis and bilateral hyperreflexia. This FLAIR-weighted sagittal MR image shows a high signal abnormality along the corpus callosum with perivenular extension and little mass effect. |
