Contusion/laceration left temporal convexity: Contusion of the brain consists of necrosis of brain tissue accompanied by hemorrhage. There is usually combined subarachnoid, subpial, intracortical and superficial white matter hemorrhage occupying the same region as the zone of necrosis.
