Examination revealed a left temporal hematoma, slight word finding difficulty and a right hemiparesis. This axial CT scan shows a large fluid collection along the left fronto-parietal convexity with low-density fluid anteriorly and high density fluid posteriorly. There is midline shift with subfalcial herniation to the right. |
