CT - Dandy-Walker malformation: This 12-year-old girl with a history of developmental delay presented with a long-standing unsteady gait. Neurological examination was significant for slight truncal instability. This CT scan of the brain shows a hypoplastic vermis with communication between the fourth ventricle and the cisterna magna.
