MRI - Sturge-Weber syndrome: This 7-year-old boy with history of right facial port wine stain and slight cognitive/developmental delay presented with seizures. Examination was significant for left-sided hemiparesis and spasticity. This T1-weighted axial MR image post contrast infusion shows serpiginous contrast enhancement along an atrophic right anterior hemisphere. There are also areas of high T1 signal within the underlying parenchyma. |
