MRI - Alzheimer's disease: This 80-year-old man presented with a gradual decline in functioning. Examination revealed a marked aphasia and poor visual-spatial ability with an MMSE score of 18/30. These 1-weighted axial MR images reveal diffuse cortical atrophy with prominent sulci and enlarged lateral ventricles.
