Last issue, we asked “What small, easy-to-stick-to health resolutions have you committed to for 2009?”
Our winner, Mary Rossi of Corporate Purchasing, said she’s been focusing on moderation.
“I’m trying to keep my portions reasonably sized, and am enjoying caffeine, wine and chocolate in moderation. On busy days, I don’t rule out exercise – I work smaller bursts of physical activity into my schedule. This approach to healthier living is less overwhelming than trying to make major changes all at once.”
