It is with great joy that we share five riveting stories of children treated at Golisano Children’s Hospital at the University of Rochester Medical Center, who have beaten the odds and proved to us that miracles can and do happen. Arie Beasley

It seemed like a simple cold at first, when Sandra Beasley took her 2-year-old daughter, Arieona, to the pediatrician and returned home with instructions to administer some ibuprofen.
