Strong Health to Host Amerks Open Practice

Kids Welcome at ESL Sports Centre During School Break

Strong Health has teamed up with The Rochester Americans Hockey Club to sponsor a special school holiday Amerks open practice on Tuesday, February 16 at the ESL Sports Centre on the Monroe Community College campus. The practice will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon and is free and open to the public.

Fans can watch as Amerks Head Coach Brian McCutcheon puts the players through their regular practice routine as well as special team and individual player competitions. The "Voice of the Amerks," Don Stevens, will explain the different practice drills and competitions. Prizes will be raffled during the event and an open skating period will follow the practice.
