Talk on Exercise After Head, Neck Cancers March 1 at Wilmot Cancer Center

Personal trainer Jack Staversky will discuss the benefits of exercise after head and neck cancers at 4 p.m. Thursday, March 1, at the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
The Oral, Head & Neck Cancer Connection discussion is open to anyone who has been diagnosed with these cancers. Free parking is available.
Head and neck cancers account for approximately 3 to 5 percent of all cancers in the country, affecting about 40,000 people each year. These cancers are more common in men and in people over age 50.
