Contest for Kids to Design Monster For Balloon Manor Haunted House
September 05, 2007
Balloon Manor is a silly and creepy haunted house made entirely out of balloons. Proceeds from tours benefit the Wilmot Cancer Center.
Children with a creative flair can design a monster for Balloon Manor – the silly, creepy, weird and slightly scary haunted castle that will be made entirely of balloons at Medley Center.
The contest is open to children in two categories: ages 9 and under, and ages 10 to 18. The winning entries will be included in the castle and the winners will receive a VIP party in Elastic Park, the theme for this year’s creation. Runners up will receive tickets to Balloon Manor and Seabreeze Amusement Park.
To enter, simply go to www.balloonmanor.com to download the entry form and return it by Sept. 14 to James P Wilmot Cancer Center at the University of Rochester Medical Center, P.O. Box 278996, Rochester, N.Y. 14627
Balloon Manor is produced by Entercom Family of Radio Stations and the Greater Rochester Jaycees. The event raises funds, in part, for the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center.
