Gourmet Class to Feature Fresh Strawberries
The Highlands at Pittsford Chef to Demonstrate Seasonal Fruit’s Versatility

“Sumptuous Strawberries” will be the main ingredient at a gourmet cooking class beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, at The Highlands at Pittsford.
The Highlands’ Fine Dining Chef Debbie Maruke will demonstrate the use of fresh strawberries to create strawberry salsa, stuffed strawberries with chocolate balsamic reduction, strawberry lemonade sangria, strawberry and tomato salad, and an English dessert known as eton mess.
The class will be held at The Highlands at Pittsford, 100 Hahnemann Trail, Pittsford. The course fee is $25. For reservations, please call (585) 586-7600 ext. 274.
