Free Physicals Offered for Rochester Area Students

University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry students, faculty and residents will conduct physicals for Rochester area students Thursday Feb. 12.
The physicals, which are free of charge, will be given from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the School of Medicine and Dentistry, 415 Elmwood Avenue. Parking at the School of Medicine and Dentistry lot also is free. No appointments are necessary.
Students routinely need a physical for school, sports activities or work permits. Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have a signed parental consent form. Schools can provide consent forms.
The physicals are provided courtesy of the Center for Advocacy, Community Health, Education and Diversity at the University of Rochester Medical Center. The School of Medicine and Dentistry has provided free physicals to more than 1,000 students in the last five years.
