Nutrition and Breast Cancer Discussion April 4

The Comprehensive Breast Cancer Program at the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center of the University of Rochester Medical Center will hold a dinner and panel discussion nutrition and breast cancer. The event will be at 5:30 p.m., Thursday, April 4, at the URMC Conference Center’s Bill and Joan Ryan Case Method Room 1-9576, located at the corner of Elmwood Avenue and Lattimore Road.


There is conflicting information available today regarding the impact of diet and various supplements on women with breast cancer. This session will help answer participants’ many questions on the subject.


The panel will include nutritionists Kim Pelletier, R.D., C.D.N., of the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center, and Allyson Prace, R.D., C.D.N., R.N.
