UR School of Nursing to Hold Information Meeting on Master's Program

The University of Rochester School of Nursing will hold an open house June 8 to provide information on its innovative master’s degree program in Leadership in Health Care Systems.
The program is designed for professionals with varied backgrounds in nursing, social work, mental health, information systems, business, health care planning, and other health-related fields.
The open house will be held from to in the Evarts Lounge in Helen Wood Hall, 255 Crittenden Blvd.
Faculty, students and graduates will be at the open house to discuss the program.
The Leadership in Health Care Systems program was established in 2004. The program offers two specialty concentrations: health promotion, education, and technology and disaster preparedness and emergency response. Core courses include epidemiology, ethics, economics, global public health, and the practice of health care management.
