News Anchor Joins Wilmot Cancer Center Board

News anchor and medical reporter Robin DeWind has joined the James P. Wilmot Cancer Center Board to support awareness building and fund-raising efforts. The Wilmot Cancer Center is in the midst of a $42.5 million comprehensive campaign to expand cancer care and research and to construct a new facility.
DeWind is the anchor for the 10NBC 5 o’clock news and medical reporter. She is very familiar with the Wilmot Cancer Center’s clinical care and cancer research.
A graduate of St. John Fisher College, she has been active in the Children’s Miracle Network telethon for Golisano Children’s Hospital at Strong.
She and her husband, Gino, have a daughter and live in Fairport.
