Contact Hours

The Peri-FACTS program, for up to 30 contact hours, is approved by the University of Rochester Medical Center/Strong Memorial Hospital, Strong Health Affiliates who is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses' Credentialing Center's (ANCC) Commission of Accreditation. Check with your own state boards and/or certification organizations to ensure that these creditsare accepted.

Continuing Medical Education Credits

Physicians, nurse practitioners, nurse midwives, and physician assistants also may participate in the Peri-FACTS0 program.

 

CME CERTIFICATION

The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry designates this educational activity for a maximum of 1.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM per Clinical Case Study, for a total of 30 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM each calendar year.  Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
