Stem Cell Research

The promise of cancer stem cell research has reached a critical point. Faculty at the University of Rochester are working in many areas of stem cell research. In Ob/Gyn, our researchers are looking at both ovarian cancer stem cells and non-embryonic sources of stem cells such as those found in second trimester amniotic fluid.
