Sports Medicine Fellowship

Our Sports Medicine Fellowship is a one-year, ACGME accredited program that encompasses a full range of athletic injuries with emphasis in elbow, shoulder, and knee surgery. The fellowship provides a broad experience in all aspects of the care of the athlete. The program provides opportunities to participate in injury prevention programs, performance enhancement programs, on field and training room diagnostic opportunities and extensive inpatient and outpatient musculoskeletal care.

Sports Medicine Fellowship Faculty

Fellows will spend time with each faculty member while seeing patients in our modern, state-of-the-art Clinton Crossings clinic. Surgical locations will include Clinton Crossings, Strong Memorial Hospital, Lattimore Community Surgicenter, and others. Our Fellows will also enjoy the opportunity to become involved in basic and clinical research in our Center for Musculoskeletal Research. Our fellows.

We participate in the AOSSM match through the SF Match program.

Applications are due December 1, 2009 and interviews will be held in February 2010. This fellowship is ACGME accredited.

Fellowship candidates must have completed an approved orthopaedic residency program and be board eligible or board certified.
