Mission: Improving the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families by providing exemplary Information and Referral Services.

The Information and Referral Specialist provides support to families in Western New York and is available to answer questions from families, educators, health professionals and other providers.

What is Kirch Developmental Services Center? It is an interdisciplinary program focusing on the being of children with complex physical and developmental disabilities such as Intellectual Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida and Autism. Clinical services include diagnostic evaluation and specialized medical care for children with physical and developmental disabilities. Technical assistance to schools and community agencies that serve children and adults with disabilities is provided to optimize participation in school and community opportunities.
