In addition to our ambulatory clinics, a substantial amount of training occurs in community settings, including private practices, health centers, schools, and health related agencies. The Pediatric Links with the Community (PLC) training program provides a special in-depth community-based experience. PLC, under the direction of Jeffrey M. Kaczorowski, M.D. and Laura Jean Shipley, M.D., originated in Rochester and is now benchmarked nationally.
