Support for Families of Deaf Children
The quality improvement project pursued by Robert Nutt, M.D. was focused on assessing whether follow-up of newborns with "failed" hearing screens meets national guidelines. His project is ongoing and he is establishing a support network for families of a newly-diagnosed deaf children to help them make informed decisions about their child's future.
