Funding Opportunities

Clausen and Bradford Fellowships

The Department of Pediatrics will award a Clausen and a Bradford Fellowship for partial support of postdoctoral research training of two fellows at any level of training within the department for the academic year.  Each Division Chief may nominate one fellow from their division for the two fellowships.  A budget of $15,000 is proposed and 60% must be applied to salary and fringe.

• 1 to 2 page letter of recommendation from the Division Chief
• Curriculum vitae
• Year of training
• 1 page description of research and training plans for the candidate

Fully supported fellows can be the recipient of either of these awards.  The awards will be based on merit of the research, training plans and potential of the trainee. Nominations will be reviewed and selection made by the SCRC Director and Associate Directors.
