Faculty and Staff

• Andy Aligne, M.D., M.P.H. is the Director of the CARE (Child Advocacy Resident Education) Track and Co-Director of the PLC Program at the University of Rochester. He is also a member of SHAC: the Smoking and Health Action Coalition of Monroe County.
• Jeff Kaczorowski, M.D. is a Co-Director of the PLC Program. Dr. Kaczorowski is also an Associate Professor in the Division of General Pediatrics at the University of Rochester. Dr. Kaczorowski is the National Director of the American Academy of Pediatrics Community Pediatrics Training Initiative.
• Marc Lavender, M.D. is the PLC Intern Training Director, and Primary Care Physician at East Ridge Family Medicine.
• Eric Biondi, M.D. is the CARE Track Assistant Director.
