Department of Pediatrics - Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship

Elective Rotations

Opportunities exist for clinical electives in high-risk obstetrics, cardiology, genetics, pulmonology, radiology, pediatric pathology, and palliative care. A clinical elective is also available at the affiliated Highland Hospital, which runs a busy delivery service and Level II Special Care Nursery.

With prior approval of the program director, fellows can take relevant credit-bearing graduate-level coursework at the University of Rochester during their second or third year. The University of Rochester tuition benefit covers 95% of preapproved coursework tuition.
