How to Apply

Our fellowship program participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) and uses the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) to manage applications. ERAS opens in July for fellowships starting in July of the following year.

Virtual Interviews - We recognize this is an important time in your professional training – when you will continue to grow personally and professionally, expand your skills and develop plans for your future career. Your safety is a top priority. We are committed to helping you navigate your application process during these unprecedented times. For these reasons, we’ll follow the recommendation from the Coalition of Physician Accountability (membership includes ACGME, ACCME, AACOM, ABMS, AOA, AMA etc.) to hold only virtual interviews this season for positions starting in the 2021 – 2022 academic year. Our faculty and administrative teams are available and will ensure that information is relayed to you in a manner that allows you to make an informed and thoughtful decision. We welcome your application through ERAS and look forward to meeting you virtually!

Prerequisite

Candidates must have satisfactorily completed an ACGME-accredited residency in general pediatrics before the start of their fellowship.

Application Submission

Please submit the following documents via the ERAS system:

  • MyERAS Application
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Personal statement telling us about yourself, your interest in developmental and behavioral pediatrics, long-term plans, and specific fellowship training goals.
  • Three letters of recommendation from faculty within your department (one from a department chair, one from a division chief or program director, and the third from a pediatric physician of choice).

After we receive completed applications, we will contact qualified applicants to schedule an interview.
