Neurodevelopmental and Behavioral Pediatrics Fellowship

ACGME Fellowship in Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics

The ACGME Fellowship is uniquely designed to obtain certification in our LEND Program, a certification of interdisciplinary practice and leadership not offered in all developmental–behavioral pediatric fellowships. In addition, fellows have the opportunity to obtain a Masters in Public Health (MPH).

The Rochester, NY pediatrics environment is a fully integrated collaboration between the pediatricians of the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) and their colleagues in clinical practice in the community. Your clinical experience at the Andrew J. Kirch Developmental Services Center will provide stanch opportunity to work with children with a wide array of developmental and behavioral challenges. In addition, our location enables training in urban, suburban, and rural settings providing experience in caring for a culturally and geographically diverse population.

Your research experience will be just as rewarding. Research in the Department of Pediatrics, URMC and the Division of Neurodevelopmental and Behavioral Pediatrics provides the opportunities and  foundation for success. We pride ourselves on making programs flexible enough to meet the individual interests and career needs of each of our fellows.
