Patient Care Bio
Dr. Tomek is a psychiatrist at the Strong Ties Community Support Program. She works with adults with a full range of psychiatric disorders but focuses mainly on individuals with psychotic disorders such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and bipolar disorder. She strives to work as a team with her patients and their families in order to provide the best posssible results. She is also the course director for the psychitary resident rotation at Strong Ties and works closely with the resident physicians. She has a special interest in nutrition and helping her patients make changes in their diet to improve their physical and mental health.
