Professional Bio
An assistant professor in Otolaryngology at the University's School of Medicine, Dr. Benoit specializes in all aspects of pediatric otolaryngology. She has special interests in hearing loss in children and pediatric airway problems. She comes to the University of Rochester from Boston, where she sought specialty training in pediatric disorders of the ear, nose, and throat at the Children's Hospital Boston, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. Prior to this, she completed an internship in general surgery at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, and residency in the Harvard combined otolaryngology program. Dr. Benoit is originally from Western New York and received her doctorate from the University of Buffalo School of Medicine. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a neuroscience concentration from Cornell University.
